Daily Personal Devotionals
God Pause is a free daily devotional series from Luther Seminary, written by the seminary’s alumni. Each devotional offers a reflection — often based on the Revised Common Lectionary and the liturgical seasons — along with scripture readings, a prayer, and an invitation to explore further. The series is designed to provide spiritual nourishment and support, with the goal of strengthening faith and encouraging deeper engagement with one’s spirituality.

Sunday Morning Youth Confirmation Classes, Grades 7+
Confirmation Classes at Kihei Lutheran Church help youth deepen their understanding of the Christian story, explore Lutheran traditions, and connect their faith to everyday life. Along the way, they build meaningful relationships with peers, parents, and the wider faith community.
The goal of Confirmation is to prepare youth to publicly affirm their baptism, strengthen their relationship with God, and continue living out their faith through service, study, and active participation in the life of the congregation.
Confirmation Class meets on Sundays during the school year after the worship service from 11 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Our confirmation class leader is Keli Nelson.
Contact: Interested youth, grades 7 and up, may contact our Kihei Lutheran Church (KLC) Administrative Assistant to enroll: klc@kiheilutheran.org If you have questions, please reach out to Keli Nelson or Pastor Ron Rucker: r_rucker_01@yahoo.com

Sunday Morning Adult Education Classes
Sunday morning classes for adults are held each Sunday after morning worship, September through June, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Our class meets in the classroom off the lower outside walkway. The goal of our class is to foster spiritual development, to learn and grow, and to deepen our faith. Generally, we watch a 30-minute video selected from a source such as Great Courses; viewing is followed by a lively discussion facilitated by Pastor Ron. You do not need to be a biblical scholar to really enjoy and benefit from the information that is shared during these adult ed class sessions. New participants and drop-ins are always welcome!
