GET YOUR TICKETS—The Youth Dinner & Silent Auction will take place on Saturday, February 11, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., with the KLC high school youth hosting the event to help raise funds for their summer 2012 trip to O’ahu. Tickets are $30.00/plate, and are on sale now. In addition, if you have contacts with any local businesses and services that would make great auction items, speak with Barbara Rudow (874-4008).
BLESSING OF PRAYER SHAWLS—At the beginning of both services next Sunday, February 12th, new prayer shawls will be blessed. If you have been working on a shawl, bring it and have the tag with your name on it, and be sure to come forward when the blessing takes place. We rejoice that this month is the 5 year anniversary of this ministry! If you have questions, speak with Kathy Krueger (875-7753).
CONGREGATIONAL MEETING—is Sunday, February 12th, at 9:15 a.m. Please plan to attend.
ANNUAL WHALE WATCH—is Sunday, February 19th. Check-in begins at 1:15 p.m., at the docks at Ma‘alaea Harbor. Please bring pupus to share. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase through the Pacific Whale Foundation. Cost is $25/adult—$20/youth under 18. Funds raised will support our youth’s servant trip to O‘ahu in June.
